I had a post go viral on Twitter.
A couple of my team members quit without giving two weeks notice.
I said that’s frustrating, and frankly, poor form.
Of course, the internet lost its mind.
All the usual “employers are evil” stuff.
And the big argument was this: “Employers don’t give two weeks notice either!”
Except I do.
When I let someone go, they’re done that same day, but in most cases they get two weeks of pay without having to work it.
So then someone got upset about that.
Their argument?
“Two weeks isn’t enough to find another job!”
Okay.
I agree. It might not be.
But when exactly did two weeks of severance become a guarantee you’ll find another job in 14 days?
I’m giving somebody two weeks of income and 80 hours to spend however they need.
Apparently that’s still not good enough.
So what exactly IS good enough?
Here’s the thing:
I read those replies with a hiring manager’s eyes.
And these are the people who don’t get hired.
Borderline illiterate folks who’d rather argue on the internet than do something about their situation.
But get this:
They’re your competition.
These people with the brain capacity of a peanut open ChatGPT and type “write me a good resume for this position.”
Same as everyone else.
Which means their resume and their LinkedIn look exactly like yours.
The truth is this:
It’s really not hard to stand out from that crowd.
But you have to do something different from it.
You deserve better than getting lumped in with them.
At Unfair Careers, we show you exactly how to prompt AI to rewrite your CV and LinkedIn so you stand out in a crowded market.
Then we plug you into our Unfair System, from A to Z, to get you hired.
If you want to stop looking like everyone else in the pile, book a call here:

Beware: you’re likely going to lose a lot of brain cells if you click this and read even just a few of the replies.
That’s the way it goes.
Yes, people will sit there arguing on the internet instead of doing an actual job search that would improve or change their lives.
If that’s not you, here’s that link again:
